L.G.F.G. TRAINING SCHEDULE - 2009.
Training sessions begin on Monday 3rd August with and run through until the event has taken place (weather permitting)
Please try to turn up for training whenever possible and if you are unable to take part in the events, let the team manager know a.s.a.p. beforehand.
