COMPETITION AGE GROUPS
- The general age range for competitors is 7 – 17yrs as of 1st September in the year of competition, although some sports may exclude certain age groups.
- Competitors may compete in one age group only per event, either their own age group or higher at the discretion of the event organiser. Juniors must not compete in senior events.
