Although we do not expect there to be problems during the games, sometimes in the heat of competitions concerns can occur. In order to deal with these quickly and fairly we have set up a separate rules committee. Will everyone please note that the following procedure must be adhered to, to allow each event to run smoothly.
- Any queries regarding the eligibility of competitors must be registered with the rules committee prior to the start of the event.
- Any objections, complaints or queries will only be received from team managers, and must be made via the event organisers or rules committee.
Remember every event organiser is a volunteer & without them we have no games!
